The Opportunity
As the Warranty Specialist, you will support the business in obtaining all pertinent information that is needed to ensure that work actioned, complies with the warranty policies and procedures as set up by HMCA. You will be responsible for end-to-end case management on claims and repair orders, managing warranty claims, prior work approvals and lifetime service claims.

Key Responsibilities:
- Adjudicate pre and post repair requests submitted by Dealers to ensure the proposed work complies with warranty policies and procedures as required.
- Perform daily claim absorption for claims not accepted by factory.
- Perform daily manual claim adjudication as required, ensuring all claims meet policy requirements.
- Dealer claim and PWA adjudication for a given Dealer Group.
- Provide Dealer advise on warranty policies and procedures
- Adjudication of PWA’s submitted by a nominated dealer group for the failure of components supplied by HMC and Local Vendors
- Observe and report on any trends, anomalies, errors, or discrepancies noted during the processing and investigation of warranty claims
- Investigate any allocated Dealer enquiries regarding variations and denials, responding in writing and maintain history records
- Assist Dealers on warranty and system issues, telephonically or in writing
- Coordinate the return of replacement components under warranty for technical analysis
- Answer any relevant day-to-day correspondence received and sent in relation to warranty claims, prior work approvals and lifetime service claims as required.
About You
You have the below skills and experience and are passionate about progressing your career with an innovative and dynamic automotive brand.
- 2 years of experience working in a similar role in warranty, service, parts or technical either in OEM or retail.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage your own caseload.
- Strong case management skills with the ability to collaborate internally with the broader customer experience and technical team to resolve claims.
- Good communication skills particularly with email correspondence.
- Strong customer service skills and experience.
