The Opportunity

Due to internal mobility, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team! You will support the sales operations team in their achievement of key sales targets and performance indicators including supporting regional teams with daily, weekly and monthly reporting.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the sales team in the day-to-day operations, including preparing reports and coordinating larger meetings
  • Organize meetings and collate presentations for the sales and executive team
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of sales material
  • Manage the Aged Stock Program including Quarter program costing and approval form.
  • Maintain and update sales records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Generate and distribute regular sales performance reports and dashboards
  • Assist in the analysis of sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Liaise with dealers and regions regarding various reports, programs and initiatives
  • Assist in the development of monthly regional and dealer incentive programs

About You

You have the below skills and experience and are passionate about progressing your career with an innovative and dynamic automotive brand.

  • Some experience working in a corporate environment or recent graduate with an interest in Sales Operations.  
  • Intermediates excel skills with experience using Vlook Ups and Pivot Tables.
  • Data driven mindset with the ability to generate insights from data.
  • Strong attention to detail working with multiple large data sets.
