The Opportunity
As the SAP Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting, problem solving, and implementing SAP systems and application software to assist the organisation in areas such as sales, inventory and finance. You will coordinate between HMCA ICT and HMC to ensure smooth head office project implementation and maintenance support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with SAP ERP applications, including user support, user access maintenance, adhoc data extractions and maintenance
- Assist with analysing user requirements and making corrections and supplements.
- Liaise with external systems providers to resolve problems with electronic interfaces with SAP
- Coordinate implementation and support for HMC managed systems (SAP DP, GWMS, CCC, DTS, CRM/DCXT, GWMS, GSW, CCC, Sales Force, Blue Link, OTA etc)
- Liaise with head office IT team to implement new functionalities, modifications, and bug fixes
- Ensure adherence to IT best practice, including Quality Assurance procedures and documentation.
- Proactively provide ideas and solutions to improvement of the application.
- Assist ICT Application Senior Manager in various requests when required including budget management
- Supports data downloads and programs required for Audit,etc.
- Assist the Manager to ensure projects progress smoothly.
- Assist data flow by understanding the interface flow between other systems.
- Support training and documents to the end users
About You
You have the below skills and experience and are looking to develop your IT career with an innovative brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT
- 1+ years of SAP experience, SAP certification is desirable but not essential
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail with the ability to work with and manage multiple large data sets
- Ability to create functional specifications for projects (design/implement/testing)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
