The Opportunity
Due to an internal role change, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate marketer to contribute to our high performing Aftersales Maketing team. In this role, you will oversee the development of collateral to promote the sales of Hyundai Genuine Parts and Accessories via the Hyundai Dealer network and their accident repair / mechanical repair trade customers. You will develop B2C and B2B marketing communication and collateral such as POS; brochures, flyers, the corporate website, and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and develop effective Aftersales Marketing media strategies and creative to promote Aftersales products; Service Parts and Accessories. Implement data analysis to create strategic plans
- Digital management of Aftersales marketing Owning section website, PIM, CGI, Special offers
- Develop and implement Aftersales CRM marketing strategy and communications
- Manage the Aftersales Service Parts and Accessories marketing assets to ensure that all information is available, correct, up to date, and ready for utilization by HMCA and the Hyundai Dealer Network
- Monitor ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlight where variances occur
- Working with agency designers to produce materials within brand guidelines
- Coordinate Aftersales Marketing Service Parts and Accessory photoshoots and image development
- Develop and oversee the Aftersales Incentive programs such as Hystar Service Parts and Accessories and Trade Mechanical Programs to raise awareness of relevant products - target Hyundai Dealers, Trade Customers and End Users
About You
You have the below skills and experience and are passionate about progressing your career with an innovative and dynamic automotive brand.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing Communications or Digital either in-house or agency side.
- High attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a creative, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with agency management including writing accurate briefs and managing agency relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams across Aftersales, Marketing and Digital.
- Valid Driver's Licence.
