The Opportunity

As the Finance Coordinator (Bonus Claims), you will provide support to the Sales Operations and Finance team through reviewing, processing and completing various incentive programs and payments. You will foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities for efficiencies. This role is a key mediator to ensure accuracy of payments to our Dealerships.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Process qualifying Manual Bonus claims including online claims in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations department to improve accuracy of data, efficiency of generating reports and reviewing key programs. 
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for system improvements and propose operational efficiencies by collaborating with key departments in HMCA. 
  • Frequently review the Sales Operations bulletin and set up Retail Bonus and Fleet Bonus Parameters in SAP. Ensuring the criteria is accurate and aligned. 
  • Completeness of various incentive programs ready for processing at each payment run 
  • Completeness of various bulk incentive payments ready for processing at each payment run 
  • Ensure that all incentives programs and payments processed are within conditions of the program and in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
  • Set up and maintain the Demonstrator and Service Loan Program, verifying online submissions and ensuring they are compliant to HMCA standards. 
  • Foster strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, you will collaborate with Sales Operations Managers and Specialists, Area Sales Managers, Hyundai Business Manager, ICT and Business Optimisation.
  • Gather the required information for the Customs Duty monthly request and facilitate the process with the wider finance team
  • Attend to Dealer and HMCA Staff Incentive Bonus Enquiries in a timely manner
  • Attend to adhoc tasks, requests and projects when required

 

About You

You have the below skills and experience and are looking to develop your finance career with an innovative brand. 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. 
  • Basic/intermediate Excel skills with a desire to learn and develop in this area. 
  • Basic experience with SAP. 
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work to multiple deadlines. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with Internal and external stakeholders. 
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work with and manage multiple large data sets.
