The Opportunity

As the Connected Services Coordinator, you will support the team with building HMCA’s connected services strategy, initiatives, and digitized systems.  You will support the Connectivity & Mobility Manager with initiating innovative new business solutions and to build on the customer’s insights and vehicle usage patterns, to achieve the goal of being #1 in Connected Services.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Supporting the Connectivity and Mobility Manager in developing and delivering the connected services strategy to a high level of standard and detail.  
  • Support HMCA Connected Car product (Bluelink) and Genesis Connected Car Services (GCC) for all applicable model releases, including testing and co-ordination with HMC Connectivity Team + Associated stakeholders for all activities.
  • Coordinate Navigation updates as they become available, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are informed of features and enhancements. 
  • Compile user and product requirements to ensure timely, effective delivery through effective project management. Perform all tests / trials to ensure high quality performance and user experience.
  • Manage reporting and build intelligence around Hyundai customer insights and vehicle usage patterns through data collected and analytics, including the identification of future revenue opportunities.
  • Develop recommendations for process improvements including updating Connectivity Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and applying them within HMCA’s business operations.
  • Assist with the development of new innovative features and systems and work closely to support HMCA’s goal of #1 in Connected Services, through products, business and market opportunities and associated connected car and mobility technologies.

Organised: You can manage multiple task/projects simultaneously and are able to manage your own workload to meet deadlines. Experience with project management is desirable.
