The Opportunity

As the Aftersales Planning & Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for developing pricing strategies and commercial programs that support sustainable growth across the Hyundai Dealer Network. You will leverage market intelligence, economic trends, and lifecycle analysis to provide strategic pricing direction and insight, with a focus on improving parts and accessories sales, profitability, and market penetration. You will play a key role in forecasting, performance reporting, and the evolution of the Aftersales Business Intelligence (BI) environment.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the development and execution of parts and accessories pricing strategies by market segment.
  • Implement pricing models based on lifecycle stages of vehicles and product categories.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales programs to improve market penetration.
  • Maintain and evaluate rebate structures, dealer incentives, and discount programs.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to guide pricing and promotional decisions.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities in parts and accessories markets.
  • Develop regular reporting on sales performance, pricing effectiveness, and profitability.
  • Deliver actionable insights to support annual budgeting and business planning processes.

About You

You have the below skills and experience and are looking to develop your career in automotive with an innovative brand.

  • You have 5+ years of experience in pricing, business analysis, or commercial strategy in automotive or aftermarket.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency with strong data manipulation and visualisation capabilities.
  • Experience interpreting complex data and translating this into clear strategic actions and outcomes.
  • Experience coaching, developing and managing direct reports.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision making.
