The Opportunity

As the Aftersales Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Aftersales Marketing Manager by managing the implementation of Service Marketing campaigns and performance programs across all national and regional functions, with additional responsibility to produce product-oriented marketing collateral, as required by the Aftersales strategy, and in line the HMCA brand.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Development of Service Marketing strategy and annual marketing plan to achieve Aftersales business KPIs
  • Development and implementation of Service Customer retention programs in collaboration with regions and CRM team
  • Development and Maintenance of HMCA Service Marketing online content including hyundai.com.au, Facebook, etc.
  • Service Marketing Asset Management (Brochures, images, website etc.) to ensure that all information is correct and up to date 
  • Work with external agencies and internal stakeholders on the management of Service brand and retention campaigns
  • Ensure Aftersales marketing communication align with brand marketing strategy and corporate identity
  • Develop and oversee Aftersales Incentive Programs to raise awareness of Service retention, Parts and Accessories sales.

 

Key relationships

  • You are reporting to the A/S Marketing Manager
  • This position interacts with several other departments including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Aftersales to consult on various aspects of business development.
  • Your role has no direct reports
     

About You

You have the below skills and experience and are passionate about progressing your career in Marketing with an innovative and dynamic automotive brand. 

  • You have a degree in marketing/communications 
  • You have 1 years’ experience in marketing agency or client side 
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to write detailed briefs 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders including agency partners
