The Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an Aftersales Analyst to manage and optimise pricing strategies for Hyundai parts and service platforms. This role includes extensive data analysis to ensure pricing is competitive and aligns with overall business goals. You will work closely with Regional Aftersales teams and suppliers, developing robust pricing models and maintaining reporting tools to drive key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior to develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share.
  • Provide recommendations, insights and opportunities utilizing all Aftersales data including parts & accessories. 
  • Utilise Power BI and Excel to create data-driven reports and dashboards for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, Regions and technical to develop pricing models and strategies that align with business goals.
  • Managing relationships with external suppliers and vendors that support the aftersales business. 
  • Create efficiencies in Aftersales processes and reporting including the use of AI technology. 
  • Assist with administration of our Dealer Parts Portal, including training regional Aftersales teams. 

About You

You have the below skills and experience with a passion for data driven decision making and a desire to grow your career with an innovative automotive brand.

 

  • High attention to detail with the ability to use data to support decision making
  • Strong analytical skills, research capabilities and overall business acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Pivot, PowerPoint, and Word 
  • Experience with Power BI is highly desirable
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders to meet business outcomes
