The Opportunity

As the Showcase Receptionist, you will facilitate initial contact with all customers for our new Concord Showcase. You will be the main point of contact for Walk Ins, Referrals and any phone or internet-based inquiries. 


You will ensure all guests are provided with a high standard of customer experience, ensuring that the Showroom is well presented including display vehicles and customer facing areas.  


This is a newly created role based out of our brand-new Concord Showcase and is required to work on a Wednesday - Sunday  roster. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Ensure the entire showroom is exceptionally presented. This includes front of house and back of house tidiness, replenishment and tidiness of customer lounge 
  • Meet & greet all showroom guests, providing initial welcome and information
  • Management of concierge email inbox and concierge calendar
  • Managing Next-Up for incoming walk-in and phone lead allocation to rostered on sales consultants
  • Engage with customers hesitant on coming into the showroom as well as juggle multiple customers at once
  • Ensure selected guests are offered refreshments – making and serving of hot / cold beverages and food 
  • Assist with general / administrative tasks as required
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and internet enquiries / leads
  • Data entry of various management systems including CRM, Walk-In Traffic Count
  • Ensure a competent level of knowledge of all aspects of Genesis products and services
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all Genesis staff, Aftersales and Head Office Staff from Hyundai

About You

You have the below skills and experience with a passion to develop your career with an innovative luxury brand. 

  • 1+ years’ experience in a customer service role preferably with experience in a dealership. 
  • Experience with phone and face-to-face customer service. 
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple task. 
  • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to address customer service challenges.  
  • Valid Driver’s license
