The Opportunity

The Service Consultant will be highly organised and customer-focused, responsible for managing customer service, workshop, and warranty efficiency. This role ensures efficient service delivery, maintains relationships with external vendors and suppliers, oversees vehicle service quality, coordinates service loan vehicles, and ensures clear communication with customers.

Customer Service

  • Manage customer service and warranty bookings for timely, efficient service delivery.
  • Oversee the allocation and management of the service loan vehicle fleet, ensuring availability when needed.
  • Build rapport and trust with customers to enhance their Genesis experience.
  • Foster strong relationships with servicing dealers to ensure effective collaboration.

Support and Collaboration

  • Work with Service and Customer Care teams to resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate Genesis-To-You (GTY) pick-up and drop-off services, ensuring timely vehicle delivery for service, warranty, and retail needs.

Safety and Compliance

  • Complete work orders for repairs, accurately documenting client requests and required work.
  • Provide repair quotations to customers and confirm approval before proceeding.
  • Confirm payment arrangements and process payments accurately.
  • Perform quality checks on vehicles post-service to ensure customer satisfaction and reliability.
  • Communicate diagnostic results and service outcomes clearly to customers.

This role is based in Parramatta. You must have a Valid Driver's License.

  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in service delivery and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
