The Opportunity

As the Booking & Service Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating customer appointments, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service for our Gold Coast and Brisbane workshops. 

 

Based out of our newly built Gold Coast workshop, this role is perfect for anyone with a strong background in customer service and administration. Come grow with us! 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage customer appointments for service and repairs.
  • Confirm and remind customers of their appointments, providing any necessary pre-appointment information
  • Address customer inquiries about services offered, pricing, and estimated completion times.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all bookings and customer interactions in the system.
  • Generate reports on booking trends and customer feedback for management review.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly.
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of service documents, invoices, and other paperwork.
  • Handle payment transactions, including cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
  • Liaise with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth communication and coordination of customer appointments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any immediate needs or concerns of customers.
  • Handle customer check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

 

About You

You have the below skills and experience with a passion to develop your career with an innovative luxury brand.

  • 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal customer service skills with experience in resolving customer inquiries and issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong data management and maintenance skills.
