The Opportunity

As the Regional Coordinator you will maintain a close and effective relationship between the Genesis Regional Sales team and Head Office administration, finance and stock control team. You will provide support to all Western Region staff in the areas of sales, stock & demonstrator fleet management, marketing & events, fleet, service, and parts. The role supports the Sales Manager in a fashion that increases the efficiency and performance of the region to achieve Brand goals and Sales Targets.

 

Due to significant growth in Western Region, we're expanding Genesis to a new location in Osborne Park! This is a newly created role and will work out of our brand new showroom. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Complete daily sales, delivery processes and update relevant reports, received from SAP and other systems as directed
  • Coordinate and request logistics via Head Office for all Regional Customer deliveries
  • Manage Regional Stock Control and update staff with accurate reporting of order status, progress, and location
  • Process vehicle registration and liaise with Western Australia transport for registration transactions end to end
  • Organise and file all documentation for deliveries 
  • Management and raising of all purchase orders, including but not limited to the following: Valet dealers, suppliers and write backs
  • Review and/or approve regional invoices for supplier payments
  • Manage Valet Dealer Work Orders, demonstrators, and service loan cars 
  • Organise training venues (Product and Process) send out invitations, managing the attendance record, and work closely with any suppliers
  • Assist in the organising of sales & marketing events at any Genesis and/or external site
  • Oversee the regional fleet of company cars, demonstrator, and service loan vehicles 
  • Maintain the Valet Dealer (Aftersales) contact and email distribution lists
  • Support Regional staff and assist with other general administration duties as directed 
  • Attend to any ad hoc requests, tasks and projects that assist the team to deliver on targets and goals when required.

About You

You have the below experience and skills with a desire to develop your career with a luxury automotive brand. 

  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight and conflicting deadlines
  • Good problem-solving skills 
  • Strong administrative skills preferably with experience within an automotive dealership
  • Good internal/external stakeholder management skills
