The Opportunity

As the Parts & Warranty Coordinator you will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations for parts, processing sales transactions, managing parts inventory, and handling warranty claims. 


This role involves ordering parts, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring timely receipt and distribution of parts within the workshop. 


This is a newly created role due to the growth of our brand! 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Prepare and provide accurate quotations for parts to customers and service technicians.
  • Process sales transactions for parts, ensuring accurate pricing and invoicing.
  • Order parts from suppliers, ensuring timely receipt and distribution within the workshop.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits of all sites to ensure the accuracy of stock records and identify any discrepancies.
  • Manage the receipting of parts, ensuring they are checked for accuracy and quality upon arrival.
  • Submit and manage warranty claims, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Track the progress of warranty claims and follow up with manufacturers or suppliers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager and service technicians to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide support to the service team by assisting with administrative tasks and parts-related queries
     

About You

You have the below skills and experience with a passion to develop your career with an innovative luxury brand. 

  • 2+ years’ experience working in a parts interpreter role or similar. 
  • Comprehensive understanding of automotive service operations and equipment maintenance. 
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage escalations. 
  • Proficient in using inventory management and warranty processing software, experience with Titan DMS system would be preferred but not essential.
