The Opportunity

Lead and inspire the Genesis sales team to achieve performance targets while delivering a premium, customer-centric experience. This role oversees sales operations, customer engagement, team development, and strategic collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include implementing brand-aligned sales strategies, monitoring KPIs, coaching the team, and ensuring operational excellence. The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering customer loyalty and driving the success of the Genesis Showcase.

This role is based at Genesis Sydney located in North Strathfield. A newly renovated Flagship Store! (Tuesday to Saturday Roster)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and drive KPIs.
  • Implement sales strategies aligned with Genesis’ premium brand positioning.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to the Showcase Principal and Genesis Head Office. 
  • Ensure a consistent, professional, and luxurious customer experience is delivered by the sales team. 
  • Oversee customer interactions, ensuring personalised and high-quality service.
  • Use customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and improve processes.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Conduct regular training to boost product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Run daily sales meetings to review performance and set objectives.
  • Address performance issues with guidance and support.
  • Assist in managing the sales budget and optimising operational resources.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Key Relationships:

  • Work closely with Sales Consultants, Showcase Principal, Aftersales, and Marketing teams.
  • Act as a key contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Liaise with GenesisHead Office and external vendors to enhance customer offerings.
