The Opportunity

The Automotive Detailer is responsible for providing cleaning and detailing services for all vehicles at the Genesis Service Centre. This role ensures that every vehicle is returned to the customer in pristine condition, reflecting the high standards of the Genesis Brand. The Automotive Detailer will clean both the interior and exterior of vehicles perform minor cosmetic touch-ups, and assist with maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean vehicle exteriors ensuring all dirt, grime and contaminants are removed.
• Clean vehicle interiors such as vacuuming, wiping down surfaces including upholstery, cleaning windows etc
• Perform minor detailing services, inspect and conduct minor cosmetic touch ups and ensure all detailing work meets the high quality standards of the Genesis Brand
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all cleaning supplies and chemicals are stored appropriately and safely
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment 
• Assist Service Technician and other staff members as needed to ensure efficient operations. 

This role is based in West Melbourne. You must have a valid Driver's License. 

About You

You have the below skills and experience and are looking to develop your career in automotive with an innovative brand. 

• Previous experience in car washing or detailing preferred
• Knowledge of various cleaning/detailing products, tools and techniques
