The Opportunity
As the Demand & Supply Analyst, you will play a key role in monitoring and managing all supply chain activities. You will be responsible for regular analysis of demand and production in a rapidly changing supply chain environment to proactively suggest improvements to maximize opportunities and mitigate foreseeable risks. You will ensure all GMAu’s production orders are submitted, built and shipped to achieve overall volume and financial objectives.
This is a newly created role due to our growth in the market. if you have experience with analytics across supply chain or sales operations, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess production changes, allocations and supply chain risks. Recommending key initiatives to maintain optimal stock flow for GMAu.
- Align vehicle transportation with key sales targets, enhanced by rebalancing inventory and ensuring efficient stock movement.
- Generate and enhance performance reports on supply chain KPIs and provide overview of stock projection, support GMAu with business decision-making.
- Refine ordering methodologies to ensure efficient production planning for GMAu.
- Analyse volume trends per region and model, further strengthened by optimising stock pipeline and ensuring efficient order management.
- Prepare and update reports tracking key sales metrics relevant to GMAu operations.
- Extract and analyse key sales data to identify trends and provide insight to support decision making.
- Identify opportunities for stock optimisation and targeted sales strategies by evaluating sales performance across key models.
- Support the Sales Operations team in GMAu by working collaboratively.
About You
You have the below skills and experience with a passion to develop your career with an innovative luxury brand.
- 2 years experience in supply chain and/or logistics operations (Automotive experience is desirable but not essential)
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to generate insights and use data to support decision making.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to work to multiple and often conflicting deadlines.
- Strong internal/external stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with external suppliers and vendors.
- Intermediate Excel skills with experience in data management and reporting.
