The Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for an Aftersales Coordinator to join our team in Macquarie Park. This role supports the Aftersales (A/S) team by creating and distributing internal bulletins, managing online content, and providing general administrative support. This will include communicating with vendors and developers to plan, develop and maintain current A/S systems and also future A/S systems. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Create and distribute internal bulletins, publications, and SOPs for the Aftersales team.
  • Create and prepare reports for different systems and areas of the business.
  • Provide general admin support to the wider Aftersales team on various projects.
  • Coordinate with regional service teams to ensure alignment and effective communication for service and parts operations.
  • Capture, organize, and report on VOC data to support continuous improvement in customer experience.
  • Communicate with all relevant stakeholders, including vehicle transportation logistics, production, and supply and fitment activities.
  • Maintain and manage GMAu Parts and Accessory online content, including Brandsite, Salesforce, and eCommerce store.
  • Reconcile payments and settlements relevant to aftersales retail purchases as communicated from Finance.
  • Update internal systems and reports accordingly.

About You

You have the below skills and experience with a passion to develop your career with an innovative luxury brand. 

  • 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative or coordinator role preferably in the automotive industry. 
  • Strong organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems preferably Salesforce. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
