The Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team! In this role you will be responsible for driving the day-to-day sales operations of our Brisbane Showcase, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Implement sales strategies and initiatives that align with the Genesis brand’s premium positioning and customer-centric approach.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the General Sales Manager.
• Oversee customer interactions, ensuring each customer receives a personalised and high-quality experience throughout their journey.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and collective goals.
• Organise and lead daily sales meetings to review performance, set daily objectives, and maintain team motivation.
• Collaborate with the Head of Genesis and GMAu Marketing team to execute local promotional activities that drive traffic to the outlet.
• Assist in managing the sales budget, optimising resources to ensure cost-effective operations.

About You

 You have the below skills and experience and are passionate about progressing your career with an innovative and dynamic luxury automotive brand.

• 3-5 years experience in automotive sales management preferably with luxury brands. 
• You have knowledge of sales processes and mentoring individual and teams to success.
• Ability to shift and change your strategy to the dynamic environment of automotive retail.
• You find opportunities for growth and analyse strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. 
• You are results driven, commercially minded and take ownership of your remit. 
• You can encourage, develop, and coach your team to success with the ability to motivate them to achieve targets.
